Northwest Business Park: Providing Over 40 Years of Real Estate Experience

Established in 1980, Northwest Business Park is now recognized as a leader in providing rentable office and industrial warehouse units for businesses throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The park is located in Chatsworth, California, and offers its tenants high-quality infrastructure, numerous area amenities, and convenient commuting access. The facilities were constructed in four independent phases encompassing more than 200,000 square feet of rentable office and M-1 zoned commercial and industrial space across a total of 11 acres.

Since its beginning, the park has evolved into a vibrant community of more than 100 businesses employing approximately 250 people throughout the properties. The park is home to businesses representing a wide variety of industries and commercial activities.
